Jell-O Shots
These are very popular at parties. It seems you can never make enough!
Ingredients:
1 - 3 oz. Package of Jell-O or gelatin dessert
3/4 Cup Boiling water
3/4 Cup Vodka or clear spirit of choice
Preparation:
In a pitcher or bowl you can pour from, place gelatin powder in. Bring water to a boil and dissolve the gelatin. Let cool to almost room temperature and add vodka and stir. Pour into plastic souffle cups or other molds. Refrigerate until firm and keep cold.
