Fish House Punch
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Sugar, 1 Qt. Lemon Juice, 2 Qt. Rum, 2 Qt. Water, 4 Oz. Peach Brandy, 1 Qt. Cognac, 1 Cup sliced Peaches
Preparation:
In a 2 gallon punch bowl, dissolve sugar in the lemon juice, add rest of ingredients except peaches. Let stand at least 2 hours to "ripen". Add block of ice to which peaches were frozen in. Garnish with extra peaches. (Makes 1 and a half gallons.)
