Jo Jo Original

Ingredients:

1 shot Dark rum (Meyers)
1/2 shot Amaretto
5 cubes Ice
Fill with Cola
1 splash 151 proof rum

Preparation:
Fill old fashioned glass with ice. Add Dark Rum and Amaretto. Fill with Coke. Add splash of High Proof Rum to taste.

This is an old Seattle party drink. It is rumored to have been originaly made with eight(!) different Rums, Amaretto and a Mason Jar by some of this cities best "mixologists". Legend says that it was mixed to appease a large group of people who were tired of drinking "rum and cokes" using only the ingrediants from a bar that was stocked almost entirely with rum. This drink is a great example of how similar ingrediants can be used to create drinks with entirely different tastes. Enjoy.
