2 oz Coconut rum (Parrot Bay)
6 oz Heavy cream
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Ice cubes

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and shake well.

The drink will taste just as good with fat free half & half if you prefer fewer calories. You may also substitute the sugar with one packet of Nutrasweet or leave it out all together.
