Ingredients:
1 oz Creme de Banane
Fill with Pineapple juice
Ice Cubes
Preparation:
Put the ingredients in the glass and mix it up!
This drink was invented by four law students at the University of New Brunswick. The name 'Equity's Darling' is a term used in Property Law. The drink is very, very smooth and goes down far too easily! You can hardly taste the Creme de Banane but it provides a nice subtle background.
