Elk's Own Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Blended whiskey
3/4 oz Port
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered sugar
1 Egg white
1 slice Pineapple
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the pineapple slice and serve.
