1 oz Lime juice
1 tsp Sugar

Preparation:
Ingrediants should be shaken over shaved ice then strained into an Old Fashioned glass with ice.

This is the recipe from La Florida Cafe, Havana, 1953. Never, never use Rose's Lime Juice in this drink.
