Calm Voyage
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Light rum
1/2 oz Strega
1 tblsp Passion fruit syrup
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 Egg white
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
