Black Cow
This is my favorite mocktail recipe. It works well with either vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 Scoops of Ice cream
Root beer
Whipped cream (optional)
Maraschino cherry (optional)
Preparation:
Pour root beer slowly over ice cream, it will foam up, so wait and keep topping. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry if desired.
