Irish Cream BTB
Ingredients:
1 cup Whiskey
1/3 cup Rum
1 pint Whipping cream
1 can sweetened Condensed milk
2 Egg
1 tblsp Chocolate syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, except for the whipping cream. You can use a mixer (recomended) or by hand. After all the ingredients are mixed well you will add the whipping cream, mix lightly, do not overmix.
To much mixing after the whipping cream has been added will make the cream froth, leaving a head on the mixture. Keep the Irish Cream in a good sealed container, give it a little shake after it has been sitting. "Better Than Baileys."
