Calypso Daiquiri
I have no idea why this one is called a daiquiri except that it has rum in it.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Myer's Jamaican Rum
2 1/2 oz. Sour mix
1/2 oz. Half & Half
1 Banana
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Preparation:
Blend with ice and serve in a poco or hurricane glass.
