Ingredients:
Coffee
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Bailey's irish cream
1 oz Cream
Preparation:
Fill mug 3/4 full with coffee. Add Kahlua, Bailey's and cream. Stir and serve.
It is named after the Irish-American troop that sided with the Mexican's during the Mexican-American War. Optional variations include a 1 oz. shot of Bushmills or a 1 oz. shot of Anejo Tequila.
