Swamp Water #2
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Dark rum
1/4 oz Blue Curacao
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Preparation:
Shake or blend with ice, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Great conversational cocktail! As disgusting as it looks, it tastes pretty good. Regular Curacao or Triple Sec can be used in place of Blue Curacao, but you'll lose the colorful effect.
