Seelbach Cocktail
Ingredients:
4 oz good quality Champagne
1 - 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Triple sec
7 dashes Peychaud bitters
7 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:
Add bourbon, bitters, and triple sec first. Fill rest of glass with champagne. Depending on the size up your flute, you might need to put less bourbon in. Garnish with orange twist.
A very sophisticated, but potent cocktail. Perfect to start off a classy evening on the town.
