Ingredients:
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 1/2 oz Sour mix
1 splash Soda water
151 proof rum
Preparation:
Mix melon liqueur, sour, and soda with ice in shaker. Shake and strain into martini glass. Top with rum and ignite.
Phosphorous green with blue flame makes for a great look! Also great in a shot glass or beaker for that classic B-movie look. Experiment with the right mix of melon and sour for your taste.
