Ingredients:
Ice
2 parts Pineapple juice
1 part Amaretto
1 part Malibu rum
Preparation:
Pour ingredients into ice filled glass. Stir to mix.
If mixed properly, (sometimes you have to play with the mix depending on the amaretto you use) you get a smooth textured coco/pinapple thing happening that's very tropoical, and not overly sweet.
