Charlie's Angel
Ingredients:
1 1/2 shot Mezcal
1 shot Grand Marnier
1 dash Orange bitters
1 part Orange juice
1 part Grapefruit juice
Half Fill Glass Ice cubes
Float 1 part Soda water on top
Preparation:
Half fill glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into the beaker of a cocktail shaker apart from the soda. Mix gently. Pour into glass. Take one fresh lime wedge, squeeze and drop in. Add soda to top. Serve with stirrer and straw.
If desired, you can mix the soda in to create a mildly diluted and carbonated drink. If left in a float style, the soda acts as a refreshing cleanse of the palate at the end of the drink.
