Ambrosia
This is a delightful champagne cocktail which has a warming effect in the winter.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Applejack
1 oz. Brandy
1 dash Triple Sec
Splash of Lemon juice
Chilled Champagne
Preparation:
Shake all (except champagne)over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail, or over fresh ice in a highball glass. Top with Champagne.
