Bellini
The Bellini was invented at Harry’s Bar in Venice. It is named after artist Giovanni Bellini.
Ingredients:
1 Part Fresh peach puree or nectar
3 Parts Chilled Champagne
Preparation:
Put Peach into a Champagne flute. Fill with chilled Champagne. Garnish with a fresh peach slice if available. Note that in a pinch, peach schnapps may be substituted, but is not as good.
